The Acetabular component is hemisphere in shape, this maximizes both peripheral contact, as well as polar contact. The three sorew holes are designed for optimal anatomical positioning to ensuring maximum fixation strength, as well as enhancing positioning during the operation. This provides a sufficiant angle for insertion of the component.
