Since the external diameters of the Bencox Bipolar Cup are provided in various sizes, ranging from 38mm to 56mm, optimal specifcation can be selected by the surgeon based on the patient's anatomy. The Cup can be used with 22mm and 28mm artificial femoral heads. Improved ROM, and a UHMWPE locking ring prevents impingement. As the cup size increases, the proportional eccentricity increases to provide multipolarity within the system. It provides an optimal eccentricity based on the patient’s anatomical structure. Additionally, the locking ring is designed with superior pull-out strength. This prevents dislocation of the femoral head.
